Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SimpleGrants.ai ("SimpleGrants," "we," "our," or "us"), a product developed by Zero Draft AI, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and services.
Payments and Refund Policy
SimpleGrants processes all payments securely through Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize SimpleGrants to charge your payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout for your selected plan.
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are unable to recoup the cost of your software through grants identified by our platform or team during this period, you may request a full refund by contacting admin@zerodraftai.com. Refund eligibility requires reasonable participation in the grant-matching process and verification of usage.
Lifetime Discount Promotion
From October 28 – October 31, 2025, new subscribers are eligible for a 66% lifetime discount on the SimpleGrants Basic or Premium plan. This discount applies for the lifetime of an active, continuous subscription and cannot be transferred, resold, or combined with other promotions. SimpleGrants reserves the right to extend or modify the promotion at its sole discretion.
$101K Giveaway and Referral Contest
Between October 28 – October 31, 2025, SimpleGrants is running the $101K Giveaway consisting of:
- $1,000 in coffee-related prizes, distributed across sixteen (16) winners.
- $100,000 in grant writing services, awarded as two (2) grand prizes of $50,000 each.
Entry and prize management are conducted using Gleam.io, a trusted third-party contest platform. By entering, you agree to Gleam’s terms and privacy policy.
To qualify for the grand prize, participants must hold an active Basic or Premium subscription plan with SimpleGrants at the time of the drawing. Free users may still participate in smaller promotional prizes but are not eligible for the grand prize awards.
If a referred participant wins one of the $50,000 grand prizes, the referrer will also receive a matching $50,000 prize in grant writing services. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Complete eligibility details, entry requirements, and winner selection processes are outlined in our separate Official Contest Rules.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use SimpleGrants for personal or internal business purposes. This license does not transfer title and does not permit modification, redistribution, or resale of the platform without written consent from SimpleGrants.

The materials and services on SimpleGrants are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. SimpleGrants makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitations of Liability
In no event shall SimpleGrants, its affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform or materials, even if SimpleGrants has been notified of the possibility of such damages.
Revisions
SimpleGrants may revise these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
